Blower cards have severely limited performance on powerful systems for a long time. Are you looking for a card that can better manage heat by isolating its temperatures behind a fan design that has not been adequate in years?

blower cards work well in tight areas. The main issue is their compact size, which makes them less noticeable. It's unfortunate that the design is fading because it's useful. Of course, they're loud, but I think they could have addressed this by using a bigger fan at a lower speed.

Acknowledgeably, in certain compact configurations or particular build settings, it proves more effective to direct heat away from the rear. The problem lies with these squirrel cage fans having limited capacity. I've had several of them throughout the years—beginning with an HD7770, then a 960 and a 1080 for a brief period, all of which retained their RX580 reference design. In terms of heat management and performance, they function adequately on the lower-end models but clearly restricted the capabilities of the 1080 reference cards.
