Is there a specialized company that produces quiet PCs with non-RGB lighting and a neutral or black color scheme? I'm looking for something that doesn't rapidly shift the light spectrum, similar to what I have with my auto-dimming monitors.
My initial impression is likely Puget Systems, though it operates in the US. There are many hardware options that don't emit excessive light, and if they're embedded, you can locate software to disable them without needing the software itself to function (though I can't confirm this for all manufacturers).
