Hello, this has been occurring for about 6 to 7 months now, affecting all systems—from phones to PCs and consoles. It appears on YouTube videos and during real gaming sessions, which is quite unusual since the footage comes from others. The issue seems to manifest when people are playing games, but there’s a strange shimmering effect visible when they’re not. I suspect it might be related to an electrical problem or some sort of malfunction. It started around 2019 and early 2023, and while I initially thought it was just mouse delay, I’ve since shifted my focus away from that. I hope others can relate because this seems rare. However, it can happen to anyone, even if it’s strange. For the two videos where I’m not gaming, please compare them to your screen so you can verify if this is specific to me. I share the YouTube titles here:

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDSV1HbQ6NQ
My hardware details are:
GPU: rx 6800xt nitro+
CPU: i5 13600k
Ram: 32gb
Motherboard: z790 aorus elite
SSD: samsung 870 evo.
I’d appreciate any advice, but I don’t want to believe it’s just electricity—my attempts to fix the mouse delay didn’t resolve the problem permanently.

this is only about these games you're watching?
