Hi, I'm looking for assistance with dot matrix sharing in my office. I have an Epson LQ-310 printer, which is used to print invoices on continuous 9.5 x 5.5 inch paper. The printer is connected to computer A, where it functions correctly. However, when shared on computer B, it fails to print within the intended 9.5 x 5.5 area and instead prints twice as large, at 9.5 x 11 inches. I've tried various settings and changes, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Both computers have similar specifications—Windows 10, Intel I3 processor, 8 GB DDR3 RAM. We've tested adjusting the paper size in the printer settings, using different browsers for printing, reinstalling Google Chrome, and installing the driver on the shared computer.
