So about 3 to 4 weeks ago my computer would shut down completely without warning. The CPU and temperature were normal, around 30-40°C, and it would restart roughly twice daily. Recently it stopped working altogether. When I turned it on, the lining lights came on, along with the two CPU RAM modules, but no other lights worked. It didn’t power the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. We’re now talking to Digital Storm Tech Support, who think it might be a power supply issue or a memory card problem. They’re asking us to test one memory card at a time to see if it works. If only one card is involved.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.
You mentioned DigitalStorm, a link to the prebuilt would also do if you can't gain access to the innards of the build.
If you thin kit's the PSU, you should source a replacement PSU for your build off of a friend or neighbor who owns a reliably built unit to power your entire build+some more.
