This might be the cause. I'll have to look it up later, but you might need to change your PSU. It's a technical issue that leads to shutdowns and can't be fixed easily.

The situation that appears unusual is that after applying an undervolt to the 3080, it only operates at about 40-50% of its GPU capacity, mainly because the CPU is handling most of the shader compilation. Wouldn't it make sense to lower the voltage to improve performance?

I don't understand this particular matter, but avoid PSU problems. If it's genuinely impacted, you should replace it, as ignoring it could lead to serious consequences.

Shader compiling is merely a CPU operation; what are your VRM temperatures? AIO coolers often struggle with inadequate cooling. Also, if the PC shuts down and pressing the power button on the case has no effect, the only solution is to switch the PSU on/off—since the PSU protection activated. However, if pressing the power button works, it means the mainboard protection has triggered, which is typically caused by overheating.

The temperatures aren't that bad, but it's quite difficult to see them since I use HWInfo to track the maximum and minimum voltages and temperatures. However, when the PC shuts down, it resets automatically. The PC doesn't stay off; it just turns off and then comes back on again, which means I have to log in to Windows each time.

Remove the side panel from the case and check the difference.

I took a test by turning on the room fan and removing the side panel, which lowered my CPU temperature by about 7 degrees Celsius, bringing it down to around 66-68°C. After about 30 minutes, the shaders started building properly. I think I’ve identified the issue now.
