Hello,

PC:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS BLACK 70 CFM CPU Cooler
Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (rev.1.5/1.6)
Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB Video Card
Montech AIR 100 LITE MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair CX650 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Windows 11

After turning on the PC, it won’t boot. The fans spin RGB on the GPU everywhere, but the screen remains black. The power button doesn’t allow shutdown. Once I disconnect power, the PC starts up without problems and the sleep mode restarts correctly. Turning off the PC via the start menu turns it off, but it still fails to boot unless power is cut.

What we attempted:
- Latest BIOS (F3d) installed
- All cables connected, ports functioning normally
- Issue persists with XMP settings toggled on/off
- No overclocking applied
- After the second boot, temperatures are stable and no crashes occurred during stress tests.

This is the first time I’ve faced such a problem. Any suggestions?

Check if the computer is linked to a UPS device.
Clarify what you mean by the power being "cut"—do you mean disconnecting it from the outlet?

1,No
2,Adjusting the PSU switch.
There is no other method to shut down the PC; pressing the power button repeatedly doesn't work, but it functions after a second reboot until the system needs to be restarted again. It's quite unusual.

To test the system, turn it off for fun and disconnect all power supplies (remove the power cord). Hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to release stored energy. Take out the CMOS battery and reinsert it properly. Restart the PC and observe the results.

Sorry for the delayed response—the computer off the PC wasn't available. After some troubleshooting, it turned out the RAM was the problem; it was supported by the motherboard and functioned correctly in another system. Thanks for your assistance!
