Question Pc Not Displaying! No Output

Pc is powered on, fan is spinning. Mouse RGB is active, keyboard caps lock light remains off. After trying some online fixes:
Replacing RAM, CMOS, GPU didn't help.
Specifications: Mobo; Prime h310m-e
Processor: intel i3 (F series)
Video Card: MSI Gt 710
Memory: 8x8 DDR4 Corsair RAM

PSU model?
Remove everything except GPU, PSU, CPU with cooler and fan, keyboard
Use only one RAM

24pin main power is connected, not just 20pin. Is the 4pin ATX CPU power connector also present?

Affordable motherboards usually last around three to four years. Consider upgrading to a new one.
