Question PC lag spike during fresh start and while gaming?
Hey everyone. The issue is that when I power on my PC, it begins to slow down for about a second or two before functioning properly. It seems some programs take a long time to launch. For example, Hwmonitor takes around 30 seconds to open the first time after booting. While playing CS2, I notice several large frame drops every round. After a complete reinstallation of Windows, the GPU driver was already set up, even though I deleted everything beforehand. I also ran a RAM test and found no significant issues, but with my current specs this shouldn’t occur. Here are my details:

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I completly reinstalled windows.
Where did you source the installer for your OS?
somehow the gpu driver was already installed, even so i choosed to delete everything.
Can you walk us through how you deleted them? TO add, you should install Windows OS in offline mode(without internet connectivity) to prevent the OS from downloading drivers it thinks is right for your platform. Instead, you manually install all relevant drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(after sourcing all drivers from manufacturer's support site.

I updated the specifications in my previous post.
I downloaded the installer directly from Windows.
I removed the GPU driver once using Windows SecureMode with DDU.
It seems the second time your message will likely confirm that Windows installed the driver again.
I plan to try an offline installation and provide feedback afterward.
