Hello, I hope everyone is well.
I’m experiencing some problems where my game frequently crashes, my applications suddenly stop, and occasionally my PC also shuts down.
PC Specifications
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: RTX 5060Ti 8GB Gigabyte
RAM: T-FORCE DELTA 6000 MHZ (Previously Trident Z5 Royal Neo 6000mhz CL28, but it didn’t work when plugged in; it would freeze on RAM debug light, though it functions properly on my brother’s system. We replaced the RAMs)
PSU: Corsair HX1000i
OS: Windows 10 19045.6332
BIOS: Up to date
Motherboard: B650 PLUS WIFI
Cooler: FX 360 ID Cooling
I have attempted:
- Stress testing the CPU reached a maximum temperature of 85°C during stress.
- Stress testing the GPU hit 65°C while under load.
- Checked NVMe performance; idle temperature was 55°C, but it improved to 40°C after fixing the cooling pad (without removing the pad).
- Ensured all drivers were updated.
- Verified that the chipset drivers were current.
- Performed a firmware update for the NVMe via Samsung Magician.
Before this, the issue occurred, so I suspected overheating. I changed the cooler and reinstalled Windows, which resolved the problem temporarily.
Please let me know if you need further details. Also, whenever I run sfc /scannow, it consistently reports errors in my system.
I have a match tomorrow, but I’m uncertain which component is failing. My other RAM stopped working after three days of use while playing games, but this one has been functioning normally for the past few days. Kindly assist me. Thank you.
Edit:
Update: I was using malwarebytes for virus scanning and my PC froze, requiring me to press the power button to shut it down. If I run Samsung Magician, the app would crash before completion. During a Valorant session, the game would crash after 2–3 minutes.
Edit: Problem Resolved:
The issue was with NVMe. I’m sharing the thread so you can help me understand why my RAM isn’t working.
RAM: T-FORCE DELTA 6000 MHZ (Previously Trident Z5 Royal Neo 6000mhz CL28; it stopped working after insertion, showing a RAM debug light, but functioned correctly on my brother’s PC). We replaced the RAMs.)

RAMS: T-FORCE DELTA 6000 MHZ (Before it was Trident Z5 Royal Neo (6000mhz CL28) but when I plug it in, it doesn't work, it'd get stuck on RAM debug Light but it works fine on my brother's PC so we switched RAMS)
Why did you need to change the RAM kits? Or are you using two different kits across four RAM slots (assuming your motherboard has four RAM slots, since you didn't specify the exact model)?
For clarity, please mention the BIOS version you're currently running.
