Recently, my PC stops working entirely after playing for 5 to 30 minutes, especially during gameplay. It powers off completely, and I must turn it off manually by switching the power supply before it can restart. The issue began sporadically with just one game but has now become frequent across almost all games. There’s no clear pattern—sometimes it crashes after 5 minutes, other times after 45, and occasionally a game runs smoothly without any problems. Despite updating drivers and performing checks, I still don’t understand the cause. All games had worked perfectly for two years before this started happening more often.

Also me; consider getting a Corsair Rm650x, you might need more power later. Apart from the additional wattage, Rmx is simply a superior built-in power supply. When diagnosing shutdowns, prioritize the power supply.

And your PSU is?
(make, model & approximate age).
Note: PSU information should always be provided along with the system specifications.

It seems this PSU has enough wattage for a 1650 Super, so it's unlikely the issue lies there.
Please wait for additional responses.

OP
is there another gpu available to try? Consider using a different one temporarily. Check if the games continue to crash.

Do you have a standard CPU cooler installed?

It indicates a safety issue is occurring with the power supply.
