I believe Hynix C can check the QVL list on the motherboard or use CPU-z to see latency without the burner's tricks.
The burner might reveal which ICs are in your RAM setup – Hynix C is less adaptable for overclocking compared to Samsung B.
It’s also listed under Memory Timings in hwinfo.
Guides on RAM overclocking can be tricky; it’s tough to tell what gains you get from adjusting primary, secondary, and tertiary timings.
You’ll have to read through forum discussions where others have done it before, and try to understand the technical jargon.

actually messing with ram wasn't what i expected to do. i read some things today and pbo and curve optimiser seems like it could help, but i'm too nervous to try it, guess.
The Uclck and flck are already operating at 1800mhz, which is half of the DDR4 RAM bus speed. This setup doubles the performance since it includes both an up and down cycle. It works well at a 1:1 infinity fabric ratio, which Ryzen appreciates. It can reach higher speeds, sometimes up to 3800/1900mhz, but only with high-quality chips and RAM. Memory timings are fairly loose (18-22-22-42), indicating some performance differences compared to similar systems. The system has only 16GB of memory instead of the usual 32GB. Adding another 16GB kit isn't practical because they're designed to match each other, and placing two on the same line might cause issues. Therefore, a 32GB kit at 3600mhz with tighter latency would be more suitable, though it's not cheap at stores like Currys. Some motherboards support overclocking up to DDR4 4400mhz, but experts usually stick to 3800mhz due to CPU and infinity clock limits. Deviating from the 1:1 ratio with the flclk introduces latency penalties that aren't worth it.

What are the correct options? You can check those in hwinfo as well. The part number should be in hwinfo. f4 3600c 16gtzn. With the same general specs, 18-22-22-42 timings. Cross-checking with the RAM model will help identify the IC type. Likely a Hynix chip might fit based on the similarity.
