Is it possible to work overclock RAM?
Aorus X570 I Motherboard
Ryzen 9 3900x CPU
Two 16GB Corsair Vengenace LPX RAMs
I found stable performance by setting the multiplier above 3500mhz and keeping BIOS settings auto, but I'm unsure if boosting further is safe or if adjusting timings could cause issues.

It should work well with auto settings. The die used for the LPX is an Hynix a-die, which makes overclocking somewhat restrictive. I recommend running a few Cinebench benchmarks using XMP settings along with your overclock parameters to check for improvements.
