hey guys i really need your help. it's been a month and the issue is really serious. i'm trying my best because my english is terrible. i overclocked my i7 8700k to 5ghz with 1.280v stable on prime/cinebench. my motherboard is an asus maximus xi hero, and i'm playing cs go. the game is very cpu-intensive. when i play, i only get about 10% cpu usage, but before the problem started, it was 50-60%. when i cap my fps to 300, i get around 287 fps, which is stuck. now it's stuck at 287 every time, and i'm experiencing a lot of stuttering. i'm a pro player and this is wasting my time. i've tried everything: new windows update, bios changes, voltage adjustments, llc changes, etc. i have some experience with overclocking but don't know what to do next. please help me, it's really important.

It could be due to the VRM on the motherboard overheating. Lowering the voltage and frequency might help determine the cause.

if you're aiming to access the core cache, I'll adjust this and check the CPU voltage without giving a specific outcome.

What is the maximum CPU and GPU temperature? Which specific power supply unit model do you own? How much RAM does your system have?

Which tool are you employing for temperature measurement? It must be in degrees Celsius, not percentages. I'm using HWiNFO64 with the command "sensors only." Could you tell me the current room temperature?
