I recently received an Aorus B450 Elite with an OEM CPU and RAM, but in the BIOS I can't find an XMP setting for the RAM. Even with the newest BIOS, it doesn't appear to switch to it.

Even if not, simply input the XMP timings and speed manually.

For AMD it's referred to as D.O.C.P... the same concept, just a different name—you'll locate it there....

DOCP is produced by Asus. EOCP from Gigabyte is an alternative. Several recent BIOS updates returned to XMP, since the RAM type is defined there. DOCP/EOCP may encounter problems or conflicts because the codes differ (XMP is proprietary, while Intel's code is copyrighted).

Sure, let me check. Could you clarify which part of your bio you're seeing missing? That way I can help you understand better.

I can't unlock it in auto mode, and I don't see an expert mode available. Perhaps that's why Gigabyte doesn't offer it?

I don't think I can overclock my RAM. My current setup has Teamgroup Elite 2x8GB at 2666MHz, and I'm trying to raise it to 3000MHz for my Ryzen 2200G.

I don't have knowledge of that RAM, and it seems the maker didn't mention an XMP profile.

I'm not sure, but when I'm in bios the frequency is set automatically and I can't adjust it. I see others using an XMP profile to change things, but I don't have one myself.
