I'm using an MSI Vector AI8 HX with an NVIDIA RTX 5080.

You mentioned you have the Vector A18 HX A9WIG?
When converting videos, I'm struggling to exceed 44% and can't utilize more than 0.5GB of the 16GB GPU memory.
What tools are you employing for conversion, and what format are you aiming to reach?
