Whenever I attempt to start Windows with my CK530 v2 or GK61, the computer freezes on the boot screen. However, when I use a standard 20 dollar keyboard, it always boots successfully. This issue isn't related to the mouse or headset I'm using. It only started happening recently with my GK61, which previously worked every time. If you have more details, please let me know. I've been trying to resolve this for three months now and need assistance.

Check if the keyboard drivers are current. Will the system boot into safe mode consistently and without issues? Can you reach BIOS settings? If yes, enter BIOS and set detailed logging for boot activity. Also, review Reliability History and Event Viewer for any keyboard-related errors after startup.
