Hi there,
I've been encountering several issues while using Adobe Premier Pro (15.4.1 Build 6). I run a modest YouTube channel called "The Vintage Gamer Walkthroughs," where I share walkthroughs of popular PC games. While editing videos, I often need to scrub through the timeline and suddenly notice my monitor goes blank before returning to normal after a brief pause. This also occurs when playing the video in Program Monitor. My system is quite basic, and I plan to upgrade eventually, but for now this is the only solution available.

Details:
CPU - Intel I3-8100
GPU - No external GPU
RAM - Corsair 8GB 2400 MHz
MB - Gigabyte H310M- H
PSU - Corsair VS450
HDD - 1 TB Western Digital
Monitor - Dell D1918H 18.5 Inch
Update: I discovered that adjusting the monitor to 1920 x 1080 at full scale stops the issue. It also happens when using 1366 x 768 at 100% scaling (actual monitor resolution) or 1920 x 1080 with 125% scaling.

Hello there! Could you share how old your PSU is and what BIOS version your motherboard uses?
