The power supply unit is likely the culprit here, as a malfunctioning power button could lead to this issue.

That's an unusual situation. I received the PSU about a month ago—it's second-hand and not very old, since I wasn't familiar with the PSU tier list then—and now I'm planning to sell it. I think it might be helpful to mention that sometimes things like this happen. Do you have any suggestions on what to include in the listing?
