PC can no longer handle YouTube or Discord calls while gaming. It was a good setup with an i7 12700k, 32GB RAM, and a 3090 after one year. Previously it ran COD MW2022 smoothly even with music playing. Now playing videos during games is impossible. After moving, I lost my original PCIE drive and reinstalled Windows on a backup PCIE that I hadn’t used. It might be the router from the provider. CPU usage stays low at 30-40%, but performance still suffers. The current game I’m playing has all these problems.

Activated XMP profile 1 and re-running my user benchmark produced the result you shared. The profile shows a Systen Memory multiplier of 3600. Not sure about the changes I made in the BIOS.
