Question My computer crashes when playing video games and watching amazon prime on another monitor.
This has been a recurring problem I've faced, and I wanted to check if my expectations were reasonable. My main concern isn't heating, as I've already tested the system and found no signs of that issue. I believe it might not be related to the hard drive, since previous checks didn’t reveal anything unusual. While my machine occasionally crashes, those events are unpredictable and usually not severe enough to worry much. I purchased this setup around four years ago and have been weighing the pros and cons, especially since I’m concerned about repeating similar problems. The components I bought were on sale from a NewEgg parts set.
I’m wondering if I should be too optimistic about running Counter Strike GO smoothly while streaming or watching content on platforms like Amazon Prime or Netflix?
Here’s my spec summary:

Based on your computer specifications, that seems unusual. It doesn't appear watching shows significantly affects performance. Are your power settings set to "Power Saver"? I'm guessing the issue might be with your RAM, though 16GB should handle games like CSGO fine.
I have it configured for optimal performance. If it relates to memory usage, wouldn't the system crash when nearly all RAM is consumed by other tasks? Although I believe I've kept the RAM demand relatively high without problems, I could easily run a test.
maybe your device could have detected that no one plays csgo without paying attention
