I purchased a fresh set of 2x16 Kingston Fury DDR4 3200MHz CL16-20-20, but they only function up to 2400MHz. I attempted to use XMP profiles, but they further reduced the speed below 2000MHz. Adjusting settings didn’t help; the PC boots but no signal reaches the monitor. Please assist me.

Welcome to the forums, new member!
Motherboard: HP Hana 8876
Do you have an HP Omen 30L prebuilt? Verify if your BIOS for the motherboard is ready for updates. After confirming it's up to date, attempt to enable X.M.P in BIOS.

The motherboard doesn't allow XMP, it only supports JEDEC. The maximum speed for JEDEC profiles is 2400MT/s. To run RAM at 3200, you need to purchase RAM with a JEDEC 3200 profile.

the board is fixed at 1.2v and can't reach 1.35v. return the sticks if you can. this ram would work.
