Hello, the Model O wireless isn't working without a connection but functions when plugged in. The firmware is updated, and the software recognizes the device, though it detects the mouse even after unplugging. I've used the "Legacy" software and Glorious Model O Software, but both reported issues like "Device Disconnected." Anyone have suggestions?

Disconnect the USB wireless dongle and connect it to a USB 2 port on your system
Restart Windows
Verify the Device Manager for any entries with an exclamation or question mark

I didn't find anything listed in the device manager, and I've checked all USB ports on my computer.

When Model O is linked to another functional computer, observe the behavior. When additional known working mice—both wired and wireless—are connected to the system, monitor the Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or informational messages related to the mouse or wireless/bluetooth/USB connections.
