Hello brothers,
I’m facing an issue with my PC performance. Although I thought it was powerful, it’s showing slow frame rates and stuttering during gameplay. My system specs are: MSI Gaming 5 z97 (best fit for my CPU, updated BIOS), i7-4790k (stock, not overclocked, unparked, high performance power plan), AMD Radeon RX 5700XT (clean install with DDU, all settings optimized for best performance), 16GB RAM, monitor BenQ xl2430T (144Hz, aiming for 144fps), a second generic monitor at 60Hz connected to the CPU’s iGPU, and a Razer mouse & keyboard (Razer Synapse and Central).

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps: checking the answers on ea.com, watching a YouTube guide, and adjusting settings in my early days. I’m open to any advice or questions. Thanks for your attention.

Test using just one monitor.
4790k is 6 generation old, mid-level.
What is the make and model of the PSU?
CPU/GPU temperatures while playing?
RAM/SSD usage?
System malware scan?

Yes, it's quite old, but it still delivers strong performance, isn't it? 4Ghz? PSU: Corsair VS650 (that should provide sufficient power)
Tested with one monitor and Rivatune frame timing adjustments.
Stuttering is less noticeable with just one monitor, though it remains quite bothersome.
Stuttering occurs during each CPU peak, possibly indicating the CPU automatically overclocks when needed.
The game runs on HDD storage with OS on a separate SSD.
No malware detected, no issues found.

one monitor choice appears steady, though it still lags slightly. I decided to link the second monitor and set Chrome to use iGPU, just to check the outcome.
