Hi! I'm having an issue with FPS in games. My PC has been running for two years (I9-10900, RTX 2070 Super) and I play in 4K resolution. For four days I've been experiencing about 20 frames per second less across all games. I don't recall making any changes. Two days ago the issue improved slightly but then it returned the next day with the same 20 fps drop. The temperatures are normal, fan speeds are consistent, and I've tried adjusting BIOS settings and using the NVIDIA control panel, but nothing resolved it. The drivers are current, Windows updates are applied, and the computer was cleaned three months ago. Thank you in advance.

Hey, you're streaming in 4K; it might lose frames occasionally, right?

In the same issue, within Task Manager it appears that the CPU power decreases, though I'm unsure why this occurs—it isn't connected to overheating, and this issue might not last long before reappearing during gameplay.

Thank you for the updates. However, it shouldn't disappear abruptly since it was resolved two days ago (I had 60 fps) and then it fell back to 40 once more. All tests were conducted in identical three-game sessions using the same resolution and graphics settings.
