What is the make, model, and SKU of your laptop? Maybe check if there are any extra programs running at startup that could be using too many resources.

Also verify performance settings, ensure all other applications halt in the background (and keep in mind most CPU baseline tests are performed on a clean Windows installation), so avoid consistently matching others. As long as it's within a small margin, and note that Cinebench 2024 is often seen as slightly favoring ARM-based CPUs over traditional ones, it attempted to claim Mac M4 was equivalent to my Threadripper? Additionally, check Cinebench R23 most frequently still favors ARM-based CPUs.
