I bought a LG Gram 14 from Costco and am trying to connect it to an LG CX (ultra color on) via the hub provided. The HDR works but the refresh rate stays at 30 Hz. The Inten UHD Graphics supports 60 Hz and the hub also allows that. I’m struggling to set the refresh to 60 Hz while using 4K, and no one else seems to have solved this problem. Could anyone help or share a solution?

It seems the issue lies in the lack of a specific DisplayPort connector and the USB-C port not handling DP1.4 Alt Mode, which likely explains the limited output capabilities of your hub.

Thank you, I understand the situation. I've explored all possible methods, but nothing seems to be working. It seems like it might need to go back to the store.
Cheers
