Question Laptop CPU temperature rising above 100 degree Celsius immediately after starting Battlefield 6 or Red Sec.
I have updated my HP Victus laptop 2023 completely.
CPU - r5 5600H
GPU - gtx 1650
RAM - 16 gb
SSD - 512 gb
Windows - 11
When Battlefield 6 beta was released, I used this laptop and the CPU temperature jumped to 100 degree Celsius right after launching the game (the system was in High Performance Mode).
I chose Balanced Mode to play, then the temperature was around 80°C. But the game began lagging.
Later I also downloaded Battlefield Redsec, and the temperature rose to 100 degree Celsius in High Performance mode again.
I have re-applied the thermal paste the first time after 2023, but it didn’t help. The temperature kept going up to 100°C.
Even tried some YouTube tips like creating a notepad file and adding it to the main game folder as a configuration file, but nothing worked.
What should be the issue?
