Hello
I've had some components for a long time:
MBD: Asus TUF B550M Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RTX 4070
RAM: 32GB 3200mhz
PSU: XPG Pylon 650w

I previously owned an RTX 3060 without issues, but after selling it I recently purchased the RTX 4070. I used it for gaming for three months without any problems, but yesterday my PC crashed completely while playing Windows Media Player and watching a recorded video.
I recall R6 Siege running in the background (alt-tabbed).
My computer never froze during games or heavy GPU tasks— I ran a Heaven benchmark for about ten hours to test the GPU when I got it.

I began using WMP, and first the image hung (while the sound kept playing) then the system froze entirely.
I couldn't find any display driver error or crash in Event Viewer.
It wasn't logged as BSOD either; Windows only reported an improper shutdown.
There are no kernel reports or dumps available for inspection.

This issue was recorded in the reliability history.
One thing I want to note is that I recently installed a G Hub, and I'm unsure if the Logitech software could be causing this.
I also tested the RAM with MemTest86 and found no errors.

Description
A hardware problem caused Windows to stop functioning properly.

Signature of the issue:
Problem Name: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 193
Parameter 1: 810
Parameter 2: ffff9707098df000
Parameter 3: ffff970713089080
Parameter 4: 1ef
SO Version: 10_0_22631
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1
OS Version: 10.0.22631.2.0.0.256.48
Location ID: 1046

My NVIDIA driver is 545.84
Is there a problem with WMP or is my hardware faulty? Is there a way to read this log?
Thanks

I believe the GPU might be the issue rather than the PSU.
