I have a ZOTAC 4070Ti Trinity OC coming in soon as well as a 7800X3D, looks like 750W should be good on PCPartPicker but I’d really like to know from an actual person if this is a reasonable PSU output. Many thanks in advance.

That's correct.
CPU shouldn't exceed 100W, GPU around 285W. Those are the most power-hungry components. You have over 350 watts left, so you could even opt for a 650W unit. However, a higher wattage device might prevent you from needing to upgrade your PSU, and since PSU capacity decreases over time, a 750W model with these components should likely last longer than the GPU.

It might be possible, though I'm uncertain about trying it. I'd aim for at least 750 but want to ensure the materials are of good quality.
