Question I unintentionally hit my computer and now it's showing a blue screen.
I accidentally hit my PC, and everything seemed okay until a blue screen appeared shortly after. It directed me to troubleshoot, showing the error code 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.' I can still enter safe mode, but during automatic repair it says it can't locate any issues. There are two system restore points available, yet it insists I enable system protection on this drive—something I managed a few days ago. Unfortunately, I’m unable to reset the PC either. If you send pictures of my PC, I’d like to know what might be missing.
