Hello, I’ve been experiencing an issue for some time where my PC crashes while playing games that demand high graphics resources. Before it crashes, a specific error appears consistently. The ACPI Thermal Zone _TZ. TZ00 has been listed. All values are set to 0K or 0, except certain parameters which show normal readings. The temperature of my CPU/GPU is normal, the motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 UD, the graphics card is an RTX 3080 10GB, and I use an Intel Core i7-9700KF processor. My power supply is a 750W Gold model, which has been stable until about three months ago when the problem started after changing it. I understand my power supply is also 750W, but I’m unsure what to do next.

I’m using a 750W Gold power supply. This is the rated wattage while gold claims an 80+ efficiency rating. Could you tell me the model and age of your PSU?
Also, what issues did you encounter before switching your PC’s power supply?
Did you replace the PSU three months ago?
Which games are you running? Where did you download the installers from? What operating system are you using? Are there any overclocks currently active on your system? How do you keep the processor cool? BIOS version for your motherboard?
Details about your case, fan orientation, and number of fans inside?
Regarding your graphics card—do you have an RTX 3080 10GB model?
The failure seems related to a temperature issue.

Thank you for your response, the power supply I have is from a day ago (I updated it yesterday). The model of my power supply is Antec HCG 750W Gold Crash, compatible with Rainbow Six Siege, Counter-Strike, Arena Breakout, and Escape From Tarkov. I found it on Steam or the game's launcher. My operating system is Windows 11. I didn't overclock and used a cooler to keep my CPU cool. BIOS version: F9 for the motherboard model I have, which is a Gigabyte Z390 UD. I only know the GPU model is GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10G, and the CPU brand is Intel. Thank you for your answer.
Keep in mind that these games stop working after about 1 to 2 hours on low quality, and the longer the quality, the shorter the playtime before a crash occurs. The length also changes based on the specific game.
I'm not sure how to share a screenshot with you, but on Escape from Tarkov, my CPU is between 65-50 degrees and my GPU is also around that range. The game runs at maximum quality, and my PC crashes after about three minutes of playtime. My cooler is Be Quiet! Pure Rock 2 Black, and my case is a Corsair Carbide Series with SPEC-DELTA RGB. The room temperature never gets too high while I'm gaming.
Probably, though I regularly verify my temperatures, they remain stable for both GPU and CPU. I’ve also experimented with reducing CPU usage to test its impact, but crashes still occur. Certain games only fail when quality is set too high. For instance, in CS I have no problems at low settings, but after 1 to 2 hours of medium settings I crash.
