I've been experiencing problems for a month now. I don't hear any dialogue in games when using my HyperX Cloud 2 headphones, which are connected via USB. However, when I switch to my second monitor or speakers, the dialogue comes through. I'm not sure what to do.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
If you're running Windows OS, remove the headset's USB sound card from Device Manager. Restart your computer and allow the OS to reinstall the driver. You might also want to verify if your motherboard requires any BIOS updates before making changes to the drivers.

I used the same headphones again. Try a different USB cable and verify if Windows is utilizing the correct driver. Right-click the speaker icon and check if Windows is employing the appropriate output driver.

The ground connection for your headphones is not working. Either repair the audio cable or swap out the headset.
