I'm unsure if the 'systems' tab is the best place for this, feel free to adjust it as needed. I own a NZXT H510 case, 32gbs (two 16gbs sticks) of Corsair Dominator RAM, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2070 GPU, Ryzen 7 5700x CPU, Samsung 860 EVO, Tomahawk B450 MOBO, a wraith spire RGB cooler (soon to be replaced by a DeepCool AK620 RGB digital temp display), a Logitech G502 mouse, and a Corsair K95 RGB platinum keyboard. I'm looking for a one-stop solution to update all my components simultaneously. Right now, I don't even set it because it's too complicated, but I need to visit iCue for the keyboard, Logitech for the mouse, and NZXT CAM for the case fans, plus MOBO. After restarting, my PC randomly changes colors—GPU is rainbow, MOBO red, CPU fan blue, keyboard and mouse lime green. This is odd since it looks like it picks colors randomly on most boots. Is there a way to link all my RGB devices together without opening 20 different apps?

You might want to explore these options
SignalRGB
Control and sync your RGB devices through a single free app. SignalRGB is the best choice for RGB software.
www.signalrgb.com

JackNet RGB Sync
Manage and synchronize your RGB with a free application. Adjust your gaming setup using hundreds of RGB effects.
rgbsync.com

Microsoft Windows will eventually include a version that can run RGB, though it’s quite basic at the moment and requires more hardware support.

I rely on three programs to manage RGB on my PC
Powercolor restricts others from customizing lighting, so I use Devilzone on the GPU.
My RAM has issues and only occasionally appears in the motherboard RGB tool, so I use Icue instead.
Motherboard RGB controls its own RGB and the fans on my AIO.
I’ve set all shades of green now.
