Question Hover selects items not present in the working list of 11.
Are there others experiencing the same problem? My HP laptop is affected, hover select isn’t working. It seems to have started after the latest update. Two Microsoft technicians couldn’t resolve it. The laptop is brand new and the virus scan came back clean, so it doesn’t seem like a malware issue. Interestingly, hover select works when I click a link and keep it open. Anyone know if Microsoft released a problematic update or has any suggestions? Most standard fixes have been tried—reset window explorer, troubleshoot, run a full scan, and the support rep mentioned it’s an update, though they weren’t entirely confident. I’m not sure if their advice is reliable.
