Hello, it's hard to know where to begin. I've been experiencing problems with latency where my input suddenly stops working. I upgraded to Win11 three days ago in the hope it would resolve itself, but nothing has changed. About a year ago, while exploring frameview, the latency increased dramatically, leading me to suspect a bug. Yesterday, I was testing ETL-based latency scripts like xtw, which also displayed the same issue during gameplay. This happened while playing my main game. Is my GPU damaged? What should I do to fix this? I don't have any clear answers.

What are the parts of your system? Have you attempted using DDU to remove your Nvidia drivers, followed by installing the latest drivers for your GPU?

Yes, I've used ddu to downgrade and upgrade my drivers. Some users mentioned that the newer nvidia drivers might be the issue, so I went back far enough and then upgraded again after nothing worked. My setup includes an RTX 3080Ti, i9-13900k, 32gb ddr5, asrock z790 pro rs, and Corsair RM850e PSU.
