I built my PC a while back, all new. Now I notice a buzzing sound during gaming, but it's barely audible when the system is idle—unless you really focus on the front panel. Since my PSU is in the front panel, sometimes it becomes noticeable. When I looked it up online, some people say it's normal, others think it's not. Could you help me understand? Thanks.

FSP HYDRO M PRO 700W 80+ BRONZE PSU
Take a sheet of A4 paper, roll it into a cylinder, then hold one end ot your ear. Use the other end to probe for the source of the noise.
You can also attempt to find a higher quality, reliably built 750W unit and check if the problem continues.

It's connected to PSU... the louder it draws power, the more noticeable the sound becomes. Even after playing for a few hours, I haven't encountered any issues such as black screens, crashes, or shutdowns. Just the buzzing noise, which is the only problem.

I believe he understands that. You need a different power supply since these aren't designed for user repairs. A minor coil whine or odd background noise in cheaper models isn't uncommon, but if it bothers you significantly—particularly on brand new parts—your PSU is probably faulty. Thermaltake has been reliable, and I’ve heard EVGA produces quality units too. You shouldn’t compromise on a PSU unless you risk damaging your system. If you can get a refund for the old one and send it back, do it.

Thermaltake toughpower are decent, though most of their products fall short. EVGA offers some solid models, but the rest are generally low quality, relying heavily on OEM parts. Every brand has its weak spots, but Corsair, Seasonic and Superflower appear to be the least problematic.
