Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue and would appreciate some guidance.
My situation is similar to this:
View: https://imgur.com/e8fXbfB
Device specifications:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
RAM: 16 GB (15.4 GB usable)
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
System type: 64-bit OS, x64 processor

I was playing World of Warcraft and Monster Hunter: World without problems, but in League of Legends this issue would pop up at the start of a new game. I used alt+tab a few times to fix it, but it still happens when trying Red Dead Redemption2. My laptop is 7-8 months old. Please check the details below. Thank you in advance.

if it's still covered by the warranty, send it back via RMA; the VRAM on the GPU will need to be replaced.

I think it might be heat, but it could also be the above Vram failing.

If the issue lies with the GPU, it appears to affect certain games more than others. Monster Hunter demands more from the system compared to LoL, yet this problem isn't present there.

Increasing FPS in LoL is possible, but try adjusting to the level seen in Monster Hunter.

In LoL it wasn't really a problem because simply just alt+tab would fix the problem. It some weird interaction between how desktop is displayed and how game is displayed. So I tried few more thing in RDR2 today and this is what I got.

So obviously I could play the game in fullscreen mode but I hate to see that windows bar in the way and I want to solve this.

Graphics driver. Use the Display Driver Uninstaller to delete the existing driver and install the newest version from the manufacturer's website—avoid Nvidia.com.

It didn't matter, I observed that after uninstalling drivers everything was operating at low frame rates (around 20 fps) without any graphical issues. When updating the graphics card driver nothing alters, but changing the processor graphics driver significantly improves FPS while the problems return. Uncertain about the next steps.

I saved the VGA Driver for RTX3060 from the laptop manufacturer's website but it didn't work. After that, I downloaded separate VGA Driver and VGA Utility Drivers one by one to check if anything improved, yet my performance remained around 20 fps. When I reinstalled the driver from Nvidia's site, nothing changed. Only when I accessed Device Manager and selected Update driver for my AMD Radeon graphics did I see normal frame rates again, along with the same graphics issues.
