I have an RTX 3070, an i5 10400f, 32 GB RAM, and a GX750 PSU. With balanced DLSS, ultra settings, and 1440p, while playing WZ the power consumption drops to 130-180 watts and FPS decreases. At that point CPU usage is about 50-70% and GPU usage around 95-100%. What might be causing this? And how can I fix it? Because FPS won't exceed 100. FurMark and other games run smoothly.

I restored the graphics settings, combining normal and high modes. Still about 150 watts.
