I'm asking the community about something I’ve noticed in Minecraft. My friend consistently achieves a higher frame rate when using the same realistic texture pack as me, despite having different hardware specifications. He's utilizing a Mobile RTX 2060 with 6 GB of graphics memory, whereas I’m using a Desktop RTX 2070. We both have different amounts of RAM - he has 32 GB, and I only have 16 GB. His processor is a Mobile Intel Core i7-8750H, while mine is a Desktop Ryzen 7 2700X. We're both running the texture and shader pack from this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoek2uF_0Dw&t. He reports his GPU usage staying around 30%, whereas mine consistently reaches 90%-100% with maximum settings, and he's getting 60-70 frames per second, while I’m typically averaging around 30.
