Since the latest update 15.40, I've experienced freezes, reduced FPS, and stutters during in-game lobby, gunfights, and creative games. The only exception is Fortnite, where I've used dx11 and dx12 performance mode.

The PC specifications and peripherals I own are:

- Ryzen 5 2600x
- Gigabyte B450M DS3H
- Zotac RTX 2060
- Crucial Ballistix RGB 3200mhz
- Corsair VS650
- AOC C24G1 144HZ
- Skyloong GK61
- G PRO WIRELESS

These are the attempts I've made without success.

I updated my drivers, rolled them back, and tried different ones, but it became more unstable afterward. The number 457.51 performed better than 461.40.

I allowed Fortnite through the firewall, which slightly improved performance, though it was still poor.

I turned off full screen optimizations, adjusted 3D settings, and even reformatted my PC. Only Fortnite continued to lag.

CPU and GPU temperatures and clock speeds are normal.
