My friend attempted to download Enlisted and initially experienced a speed around 250kb/s. He suspected the Gaijin servers were causing issues, so he tried again the next day. The problem continued. When I downloaded it myself, I achieved steady speeds of about 7mb/s. This suggests the server issue isn’t his. His internet connection is roughly 350mbps download and 150mbps upload, which is similar to mine. His internet provider also appears unaffected. He tried disabling the firewall, but that didn’t help. Network activity showed minimal download and very low upload speeds (around 2,000B/s). Gaijin uses a mix of P2P and server downloads, with roughly equal performance. I’m unfamiliar with these settings, so I need clear guidance on possible solutions or tips.
Request your friend to verify if the "Limit download speed to" option is activated in the Gaijin launcher (within Advanced Settings). If it remains disabled, additional problems such as 'closed ports' could be involved, though this is typically more frequent with War Thunder.
