Anyone ever heard of this before. When I enable XMP (1, 2 or Tweaked) the PC runs fine, games fine etc, but I get intermittent (maybe 1 in 2 or 3) issues where waking the PC from sleep the monitor doesn't get any signal. Switching monitor off/on and it's fine.
I'm currently running RAM in auto and the above problem hasn't happened for over a week.
MemTest96 multiple passes no errors :/
Any ideas - could the RAM be on the way out?

Are you connecting via HDMI or DP to your monitors?

Consider using another DP cable if available. Previous discussions suggest a switch resolved the issue.

Absolutely, another solid argument. It's already been changed to a different (new) DP cable, same situation.
