I just completed my first build
Processor: I5 12600kf
GPU: Rtx4060 msi
Motherboard: Msi 760 tomahawk wifi ddr5
Memory: Crucial DDR5 16x2
Boot issue: doesn't show debug light, it's orange which the manual says means D-RAM not detected or failed
I checked all the DIMM slots 13, 24 and tried booting with RAM counts 1, 2, 3, 4

Fill slots A2 and B2 with a dual channel ram kit. If only one is available, use slot A2 as per the motherboard manual. How do you feel about the unlocked processor? Try reducing pressure on the CPU socket and observe if it improves the POST process.
Don’t forget to include the make and model of your PSU. It’s best to prototype your components in a breadboard before installing them in a case.
A common reason for RAM problems is a bent pin in the CPU socket.
It's quite simple to do this if you have to move the chip slightly to fit.
