The image with the red dot shows the updated RAM kit.
The previous one had tRC 33, now it's tRC 41?
These values shouldn't differ.
Also, I think I managed a successful overclock to 1800mhz.

Additionally, you don't have tRC settings available in your BIOS under Asrock Z77 Extreme3.
