I purchased a CyberPower CP1600va and later added a 10-meter extension power cable to fit my room socket setup.
The MF-3PC13 cable works for computers, though it is slightly thinner than the CP1600 power cable.
Could this MF-3PC13 cable be safe for use with the CP1600? What I've heard suggests it's acceptable, but there might be a recommended safety margin that isn't always mentioned.

If I were you, I'd choose a power strip that's 10 meters long, using premium, low-gauge wire rather than a cable that might degrade over time.

Here is the link to your proposed 10m long power strip... I couldn't locate any that long.

I'm trying to understand your question about the distance needed for cabling. It seems you're asking about the reason behind requiring 10 meters of cable to connect to a wall outlet.

It so I don't have to walk across a room, get under a table and turn off the switch. This way I can turn it off at the room door as I am going out. I tend not to leave anything on stand by when I leave the house... If it can be helped.
I'm in New Zealand.
