Other parts included in my signature.
I recently changed from an Asus KO RTX3060ti -8GB-OC to an AsRock Phantom Gaming RX 7900 XT.
Initially everything worked fine, but I began experiencing glitchy audio and could not maintain a stable frame rate above 30hz / 30 fps at 4K resolution.
Because my system has a dual-boot setup with separate drives (Mint Cinnamon 2 and Win10), I tried to pinpoint the problem by adjusting basic overclock and undervolt parameters (1000 min / 2750 max, 5% undervolt, VRAM OC set to 2650).
Still, the same issues persisted. It appears the problem may stem from display input configurations (standard versus enhanced) and possibly an outdated cable. I replaced the cable, modified settings, and everything seemed normal, though glitchy audio remains a rare occurrence.

However, in the last few days, I've faced crashes and restarts in BeamNG.drive that I can't clearly identify. I turned off DOCP, lowered resolutions, reduced refresh rate, and decreased texture quality. Under either Mint Cinnamon 2 or Win10, when BeamNG spawns more than 4-5 vehicles, the system crashes and restarts itself. American Truck Simulator performs flawlessly at 4K 60hz with 400% scaling and ultra settings.

During some of these restarts, the machine has logged errors, likely linked to the crash. I assume these relate to CPU core issues. Images of these error messages are attached below. A few others I didn’t notice on camera point to CPU 10 and CPU 11. These aren’t necessarily consecutive but appear randomly in the last 6-7 crashes/restarts.

First restart error - CPU 23 - Processor 2
Second restart error - CPU 11 - Processor 2
Third restart error - CPU 23 - Processor 2
Since the core numbers vary, I suspect either the game is attempting to address the cores (possibly due to a recent update), or my CPU might be unstable. The RTX3060ti hasn’t shown problems with these components in about a year. Anyone have suggestions? American Truck Simulator runs perfectly at 4K 60hz with 400% scaling and ultra settings.

Corsair RM1000x is brand new. I considered the restart errors and core issues, wondering if overclocking would work here. I noticed 5.0-5.025 on an Asus Tuf B550-Plus, but this board might not handle it. After checking BIOS, disabling manual OC to 4.6, setting PBO to Auto, I ran a 45-minute BeamNG session with 20 vehicles at 4K, 60hz, high settings. I made a few more adjustments afterward, which made me forget about it.

Use DU to clear all remnants of current and past GPU drivers. After that, set up the newest update for your GPU.
