Hi, I've been dealing with this problem for a while now. I've tried all the possible solutions so far. While playing games, my computer often crashes with a white/black/pink screen and the sound stays on for a while before requiring a hard restart. Recently, I took my computer to a shop where they cleaned everything out, replaced the thermal paste, and updated the BIOS. The only thing I haven't done is re-formatted my hard drives, which I suspect isn't the cause. This keeps happening and it's really stressful for me. Would anyone have any advice or help? Thanks.

I'm not very comfortable with computers either, like taking out parts and such, so yeah

I'm not a specialist, but I faced the same issue for over two months. My PC had Windows 10, and it stabilized after I switched to Windows 8.1. Perhaps the issue isn't with your computer.
