Question Computer stops working unexpectedly.
I own a computer built roughly three months ago. Over the last two weeks it has begun shutting down unexpectedly during gaming sessions. I checked with HWmonitor and found no heat-related issues. When it powers off, the USB ports on the case remain powered and can charge connected devices. The power button requires unplugging the PSU from the power supply before reconnecting it to restore functionality. This particular PSU and GPU are the only components that haven’t been replaced. I’ve disabled all overclocks and ensured drivers are up to date. The Event Viewer shows just an unexpected shutdown without much detail. I’m inclined to think the PSU is the cause, but someone else should verify this.

This problem could appear suddenly because the GPU and PSU were previously used together without any problems.
