I was attempting to address an audio issue described in the forum and have now identified a more significant problem that may be connected.
To tackle the audio concern, I opened the PC, cleaned it, verified all connections, and removed an unused SATA SSD. Once powered back on, the system would not boot normally and only started in safe mode. Since resolving the issue in safe mode wasn't possible, I proceeded with a reset followed by a clean installation (also disconnecting the 1TB NVME SSD used for game storage). However, the problem persisted. After installing Windows, I was able to access the OS normally once more, but only in safe mode. Additionally, the PC frequently crashes, preventing any comprehensive checks during the initial setup phase—often it fails before completing the installation of essential drivers for the motherboard and GPU. Sometimes it even freezes during the Startup repair troubleshooting process. The crash pattern involves the screen going black and the system either restarting or freezing unpredictably.
This suggests a hardware-related issue, though I am unsure of its exact cause.

Because you can start in safe mode, open Windows Event Viewer in Safe Mode to find out what led to those crashes. It should have logged the earlier occurrences, so attempt this and let me know what the Event Viewer reports. (a picture would help [review the latest events, that’s what I need to see])
